Indianapolis Payroll Coordinator

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour

Job Type: Contract


  • Process and manage semi-monthly payroll
  • Assist the Payroll Administrator
  • Process applicable court ordered documents
  • Maintains all employee records within ADP, ensure process accuracy
  • Conducts regular audits of payroll records
  • Manage and process all electronhic benefit and 401k file feeds through the payroll process


  • ADP, payroll systems experience PREFERRED
  • Payroll experience REQUIRED
  • Bachelors degree preferred in HR or accounting or equivalent experience
