Indianapolis Office Manager

Pay Rate: $18-$22/hour

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, answer phones, and check in visitors
  • Collaborate with the human resource and hiring mangers for onboarding
  • Order office and kitchen supplies, book conference rooms, and keep up supply
  • Plan community service events
  • Distribute mail
  • Assist with maintaining a filing system

Qualifications:

  • High school degree required
  • 2+ years of office management or administration
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Teams and sharepoint are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
