Carmel, IN Office Coordinator

Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00/ hour

Job Type: Contract to Hire, M-F 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Greet team members and guests
  • Answer front desk phone and deliver messages
  • Manage inventory count, stocking, and cleanliness
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Sign packages and deliver to team members
  • Assist vendors
  • Place maintenance requests
  • Report to office manager

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in front desk or similar
  • Experience using MS Office
