Carmel, IN Office Coordinator
Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00/ hour
Job Type: Contract to Hire, M-F 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet team members and guests
- Answer front desk phone and deliver messages
- Manage inventory count, stocking, and cleanliness
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings
- Sign packages and deliver to team members
- Assist vendors
- Place maintenance requests
- Report to office manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in front desk or similar
- Experience using MS Office
