Pay Rate: $16-18/hour

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Hours: Part time, 30 hours avg/week, M-F 8am-2:30pm with 30 minute lunch

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling, research project related tasks
  • Sorting and sending emails
  • Answering phone calls
  • Projects
  • Process expense reimbursements
  • Billing
  • Payroll related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree PREFERRED
  • Experience with MS excel, word, outlook
  • Experience in office administration
  • Detail oriented
