That’s Good HR is hiring and Office Assistant who is knowledgeable in Quickbooks!

We have partnered with small office located in Indianapolis (downtown).

Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Hire, Temporary to Hire

Hours:  8 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Customer service
  • Working within Quickbooks
  • Office organization
  • Data Entry
  • Takes initiative to pick up extra duties

Office Assistant Qualifications:

  • Typing must be at minimum 45 WPM
  • Excellent communication
  • Quickbooks
  • Microsoft Office, Word and light Excel
