Indianapolis Human Resource Benefits Specialist
Pay Rate: $50,000/year
Job Type: Direct Hire, Monday-Thursday (Fridays off)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all health benefits
- Point of contact of employees and managers; provide education on benefits and leave policies
- Ensure alignment of benefit structure with organizational and legal expectations
- Manage HRIS system and carrier files
- Analyze data and conduct assements in the HRIS and carrier portals
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources or business administration
- Experience in benefits, payroll, or human resources
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office
- Proficient with databases, payroll systems, and other HR technology
