Indianapolis Contract Facilities Coordinator

Pay Rate: $17/ hour

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out typical receptionist duties including answering the phone, stocking the office, organizing gatherings, and ordering lunch for the office
  • Contact and work with vendors
  • Work with the PM to implement new desk reservation software, health check forms, and guidelines for employees
  • Prepare desk reservations

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office preferred
  • Organized, friendly, and professional
