Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: Up to $19/hour

Job Type: Contract or Contract to hire

Hours: M-F 8-5

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties such as using the system, documenting things, hands-on
  • Approximately 25 calls/day
  • Provide customer service
  • Manages inbound customer inquiries, orders and communications
  • Act as a primary link between customers, production sites, accounts receivable group and transportation team

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Minimum of an Associates degree PREFERRED
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with customer service databases
