That’s Good HR has partnered with multiple clients located in Indianapolis and Carmel to recruit for several Indianapolis Customer Account Representative roles.
Several of these opportunities would currently offer remote/work from home capabilities. Each opportunity that is currently remote would be returning to the office in the future.
Indianapolis Customer Account Representative
Pay Rate: $15-$18 per hour
Job Types: Full time, Temp, Temp-to-Hire
Hours: 1st and 2nd shifts available (8am-5pm) (10am-7pm) (11am-8pm) (occasional Saturdays or Sundays with some positions)
- Support high volume inbound inquiries from internal and external customers
- Obtain all necessary customer information and input information into the system
- Accurately enter and update customer orders and accounts
- Follow up and initiate outbound calls as needed
- Resolve customer problems, explain solutions, and document results
- 2+ years of customer service experience REQUIRED
- High school diploma REQUIRED
- Associates Degree PREFERED
- Ability to set priorities and manage time amidst multiple tasks
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
