Hiring for a Customer Support Consultant located in Carmel, Indiana.
That’s Good HR has partnered with a company in Carmel who has an immediate need for a Customer Support Consultant.
Salary: $16 per hour
Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Hire, Temporary to Hire
Hours: 9 am – 6 pm
Customer Support Consultant Responsibilities:
- Responsible for troubleshooting mobile device and application issues.
- Communicate with customers ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to department as needed
- Being proactive with customers in all aspects of service levels
Customer Support Consultant Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related customer support experience in a technical setting
- Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft office, order entry systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments in a rapidly changing environment while meeting critical deadlines
- Problem solver with ability to provide solutions
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer savvy with strong technical skills
