Hiring for a Client Account Specialist located on the north side of Indianapolis

That’s Good HR has partnered with a company who has an immediate need for a Client Account Specialist.

Pay rate: $18.00/hour

Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Hire, Temporary to Hire

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls from customers regarding orders and accounts
  • Liaison for communication between customers, production staff, accounts receivable team, and the transportation department
  • Manage position with extreme attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience PREFERRED
  • Previous customer service experience REQUIRED
  • Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft office, order entry systems and customer service systems
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments in a rapidly changing environment while meeting critical deadlines
  • Problem solver with ability to provide solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
