Contract/Remote Manager of Compensation
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to implement compensation strategy that is internally and externally market relevant
- Communicate and administer compensation programs through job evaluations, analysis, surveys, planning of salary, and incentives
- Analyze and determine the appropriate compensation for employees
- Support management of incentive plans, including documentation, internal controls, administration, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years experience in Compensation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
