Indianapolis Contract Accounts Payable Administrator

Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00/ hour

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process invoices and purchase orders for vendors
  • Sort mail and maintain files
  • Prioritize payments of invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
  • Prepare and analyze vendor accounts
  • Create reports for financial review and analysis

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • 1+ year experience working in accounting or corporate setting
  • Experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite required, advanced Excel knowledge preferred
