Hiring for a Corporate Recruiter in Carmel, Indiana.
That’s Good HR has partnered with a company in Carmel who has an immediate need for a Corporate Recruiter.
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
Job Type: Full Time, Direct Hire
Hours: 8 am – 5 pm
Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Working with leadership, supervisors and employees at all levels, lead the human resources initiatives to achieve business goals
- Develop an effective recruitment strategy and manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding of all hourly and salaried personnel, working with the supervisors/managers of the positions
- Generalist responsibilities such as: Employee Relations, Policies, Procedures, Laws and Standards
- Data analyst and continuouis improvement
- Information technology hiring
- Building relationships with customers, contract employees and internal staff.
Corporate Recruiter Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, with emphasis on Human Resources or Business Management preferred
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience with full life cycle recruiting
- Strong technical skills/aptitude: demonstrates proficiency in MS Office programs as well as applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Effective communication with all levels in an organization
- Information Technology Knowledge is REQUIRED
- Technical recruiting background REQUIRED
